We are in the process of levelling our front lawn. The manhole is creating an issue in that if we level it to the manhole it’s too high for the bottom of the lawn. If we level it to the path and create a slight slope down the lawn, there will still be a slope going to the left and right side of the lawn. See pics for visual, there is concrete under the grass that wasn’t dug up. Last pic is standing from public path facing the house.
Any ideas or best way to do it budget friendly please

Unless you move the manhole down or terrace up the lower level, you can only slope it down, especially with no budget.
Pics are too close, can’t you zoom out?
