She seems happy but I feel like she’s tucked in really tight. Would she prefer more room? There are lots of babies – removing them may give the older plants more energy. The soil doesn’t look lovely either.
I personally would repot this, plants are like goldfish. They can only grow as big as the environment that you put them in. Giving it a bigger plant pot would definitely allow it to flourish.
