    Looks like it could use some nutrients. Do you fertilize regularly? Has this already flowered and fruited at all? What zone?

    First time pepper grower here so I don’t have the answer for you but you may want to check under the leaves. I’m not sure if those are aphids I see in the first picture or just spots on the leaf. Also something has been munching on a couple leaves so have a good look just in case. I’ve found 8 small hornworms on my plants today by checking the leaves with holes. If you see little balls stuck to your leaves they’re probably hornworm eggs. There’s a picture of one in my recent post history if you don’t know what they look like.

    Blotchy iron zinc , dark vain magnesium. Curling is heat stress. You’re over watering washing out nutrients. Feed them use cal mag  & iron zinc products and shade them mulch so don’t need to water as much
