Fiddle Leaf Fig

Is my cutting ready for transplant?

I’ve never propagated before and this was a bit of a happy accident. 30 days ago, I pruned this section of bare stem off my bambino (it had a lot of stress 2 years ago) and was thinking about cutting it up propagating as wet sticks and I just stuck it in water as i was busy and just wanted to keep it from drying out. lo and behold, 2 weeks ago it started sprouting roots so I just decided it was a sign to use as is. I dipped the end in rooting hormone and gave it more light and now I think it’s almost ready but I read mixed opinions on how long the roots should be. the longest ones are just under 2” radials (4” if you measure all the way across).
