I previously had a sort of grow frame set up with 2x4s clad with tinfoil and cardboard. I used this to enclose my plants that im growing under a 70w LED light. It was pretty ugly and being open top it meant my plants didn't benefit from the waste heat generated by the light.
I've had this set up for around two months now and my adeniums have really taken off. Using just the waste heat from the light I'm able to maintain 30C+ around the plants, where ambient temperature has been 20-25.
The cupboard I got from a second hand furniture store and then added fibreboard pannels with tinfoil glued to them. I personally think it looks a lot nicer than a grow tent or racking system and I can also quickly turn it back into a cupboard if needed.
