Need help figuring out how to train this guy. Can’t figure out which is the front and back. Then it occurred to me that maybe there is more than one plant here. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Regarding not being able to figure out the front and back – The back of the plant is where the aerial roots are, the side where you also put the moss pole.
