The building is used as storage, but has a crack down the center of the floor concrete pad.
Does this tree need to come down? I had a guy come out and quote the work, but I got the feeling he was more interested in the work than assessing the tree.

Move storage building to accomodate tree.
Unless you’re willing to move the building, then yes.
