I think that’s a good sign (maybe not best for cutting) and pretty normal for Monstera Borsigiana. (This is the actual variety name for most things labeled Monstera Deliciosa at stores.)

It’s getting adequate light. This is what they are supposed to look like. Remember if you are taking a cutting you want the top 2 leaves and a root minimum. You have room for single node cuttings below that.
