Sadly it looks like my cauliflower has bolted/split. It is planted in rich soil with compost and slow release fertilisers mixed through it. Have had a stock standard Victorian winter with normal rainfall.
Should I remove it or give it some more time ?

Looks fine from the photo, I’d break off a small floret and see how it tastes, either way if you’re not picky, you can eat it at any stage of growth
