I was gifted my first plant as a housewarming gift and I have no clue what to do to keep it alive.
I think it is a pothos? I am confused why most leaves have white and then a few are just all green. Please help! I’m totally clueless and want to be a good plant dad.

Update: I downloaded 2 plant care apps that use AI and 1 said it was healthy and the other said it was sick and overwatered 🫨

It’s a pearl and jade pothos medium to bright indirect light water when the first inch or two is dry
And pothos are by far the easiest plants to care for I have 18 in my collection I love my pothos army
