I’ve been really happy with the progress I’ve made on my lawn since we bought the house 2 years ago. Originally it was full of weeds and overall just not very healthy looking.
*shrug* I think a lot of people here would be perfectly happy with having your neighbor’s lawn.

What zone are you in? I’m in 6b/7a and I’ve been battling Bermuda ever since I bought my first house 3 years ago and have considered going to a Bermuda lawn.
