Maybe you can invite some friends who hold the stem in some place and with a sharp razor cut the plastic pot ott the plant. The roots after 4 years will stick together. Before the procedure I suggest to prepare the new container and soil nearby. And simpli lift the plant with friends to the new pot. ☺️
