Tomato seedlings are growing out now. About what time do I start putting them in seperate tray?

Wait until their first set of true leaves are well-developed.

You need to get some light **directly** over those seedlings asap. Legginess is already starting and will continue to get worse.

Also, you need to completely fill your pots with soil. For the 2nd picture, either cut off the excess pot so it’s level with the soil or carefully remove the soil in one piece, fill up the bottom of the pot, and return the seedlings so they’re flush with the top of the pot.

Always best to initially plant them separately (using either peat pellets or trays with small separate compartments) However if you can carefully separate them, be sure to leave at least 2 inches between them when you transfer them into your tray. Then water them well (make sure there’s drainage) It’s a finicky job but they’ll grow better with more space between them 🙂 Next year you can bypass this whole process with peat pellets.
