pothos is a vining/ creeping plant, not a bushy plant. you can continuously prune or propagate if you’d like it to be more symmetrical, but its also a good option to just embrace it and see how it grows naturally.

I don’t see anything to fix at all. Just rotate it so each side gets an even amount of sunlight.
