That rhododendron and the choysia are both going to fill out. So you’ll find in a couple of years (if that) there won’t be much of a gap. So either put in a shrub and be prepared to move it. Or just use filler plants e.g. foxgloves, cosmos etc. in the short term.
ETA – I didn’t even see the Red Robin initially! That will probably get a bit drowned by the choisya.
