First post. Looking for advice on these giant marconi peppers.

My few minutes of Google research seemed to lead me to believe these Marconis should be turning red and get sweeter when they do?

We've eaten a few pods already in some different dishes they're good in now, but I'm hoping these are going to get sweeter.

These were bought potted from a Menards and planted on Mother's Day (90days ago)

I'm in a 5b zone kinda valley surrounded by a 5a zone.

I appreciate any help!
