I have about a hundred of these guys all around my house, but I haven’t seen many caterpillars lately. What’s the chance it’s related to these guys from a few months ago?

Appears to be the same from this post from a couple months ago, and the bordered patch butterfly caterpillar looks similar to the ones you posted earlier.
