Then and now

I got this philodendron gloriosum tricolor back in March (as you can see from the timestamp of the first two pictures) for €810. It refused to grow in the first 3 months. Like I grew one new leaf back in June then that new leaf died back.

In July I put it in a prop box (along with some anthurium) and watered them once. The last three pictures are its current state.

As some of you might recognize my potting style — old yogurt buckets 😉 So, you can be sure it’s my plant — not stolen from the internet 😅

I’m sure my growing condition (without any adjustments) isn’t suited for many aroids because it’s very dry. Hence, I already bought some humidifiers to rectify this problem.
