Not the best photo, but I'm quite content with the new direction this tree is going in.
It previously (2nd image) had 4 trunks of which two have died. Back then it didn't have a definite direction yet, so I have now decided to make an acacia (pierneef) style.
Wiring is very difficult on these as their (relatively young) shoots are already brittle. I'd rather try and direct it into a general shape using clip and grow from hereon.
New shoots come out at almost 90° angles so I'll at least be able to predict fairly accurately where new branches will end up once they shoot.
