The big one I’m going to cut a leaf off the bottom and start water propagating it to grow some roots. But the smaller ones were crawling on the ground and already have roots as you can see.
Can they go directly into a moss pole and grow fine? Essentially not having any roots in the bottom soil of the pot?
What do you all suggest?

if you have no roots in the pot, why bother with soil?
