You can propagate it by dividing the plant in two (not necessarily in two equal parts) and plant the new one direct in soil.

It can’t be propagated through leaves or leaflets. But it can be divided or propagated by burying the tip of a runner in soil and waiting for a new plant to develop, which usually takes from a few weeks to a couple months.
BTW, it looks like a Boston fern, which is pretty common and can probably be found for sale at your local garden center(s).
