Green mould on DWC basil roots

What is this disease called and what is causing this on the roots of my basil plants? It's occurring mainly in the air gap between the net pot and the water level. Plants effected are starting to wilt.

  1. It looks like a trichoderma a green mould. Could also have a bit of pythium, empty it and refill with clean water and sterilize it with a weak bleach solution something like h202, or a specific root treatment for hydroponics like pythoff etc make sure you soak the worst parts well. regularly dump and flush it every few days to help keep it in check. Make sure water Temp is ok too.
