My plants have been looking like this for a long time now. Have had them about two years. What can I do to help them grow. I’ve found that putting them outside when it rains has started new leaves, but looking for more tips.

First I’d say smaller pots! They are likely working more on their root system to fill the pot instead of leaves. They might need more sunlight/fertilizer but I wouldn’t change too much at once they are so fickle. Very carefully try to repot into smaller pots and see if that helps some growth!
smaller pots, fiddle leaf figs like all ficus like the be snug in their pots, only go a size or two up in pot when repotting or they’ll focus most if not all of their energy on roots.
Open the blinds!! The more light better they grow.
