It’s about three years old, steadily yellowing and showing these brown spots over the last six months or so (essentially no issues before). Leaves are falling off at the bottom.
I’m watering around every 10-14 days (usually waiting until the leaves start drooping – it used to be happy for up to a month (!) without watering). We give it a good soak in the bathtub but never leave it in standing water.
A month ago, we took it out of the pot (just prior to watering) to confirm there was no lingering moisture, and it seemed dry as a bone with no sign of root rot.
It used to sit in the corner of our sun room, but we moved it back in case it was getting too much sunlight, and it seems like it made it worse.
Could this be a fertilizer issue? Should we re-pot it?
