Plant Identification

Is this a young invasive TOH?

Located Spokane Washington – I’ve rented this place for 3 years now. The parent tree this came from is across the yard. Both are growing insanely faster than any native trees I’m familiar with.

Literally, the parent tree has grown at least 30 feet or more since being here…I’m only experienced with houseplants, but that rate of growth seems invasive to me 😬🤔.

I pull out new starts all the time to keep it from spreading farther into my yard or in pretty sure I’d have already lost several feet of it. If it’s the TOH do I kill it?

There is a smaller tree underneath the larger possible TOH that turned out to be a plum tree!!!! It was definitely getting choked out so I cut back the other tree to save it. The possible TOH is also diseased every year and I suspect blight.
