Hi, I’m an avid gardener but saw this weird plant growing between my forsythias (North NJ) and couldn’t identify it. It looks like I shouldn’t touch it-bad vibes. Not able to find it online either through a search. Can anyone help me this wild growing plant please?

It looks like Burning bush, Euonymus alatus. The winged stems are normal.

I knew it wasn’t a native plant!! I cut it out already without knowing what it was yesterday due to my gut feeling. But my mind wouldn’t stop pondering what it was so thank you both for your help!!!
