I’ve had this plant for about three years now and unfortunately he got beat up during beryl so I had to salvage what I could. I would like to know if I should start planting or should I let the roots grow a bit more? This is the pot it was originally in, could I re plant in there or should I get a smaller pot?
Also if anyone has any tips please drop them below. I’m not a super big plant person so I don’t know much, but I do love my monstera and I want to bring him back to life.

You should let the roots get bigger and stronger (secondary roots so roots growing from the roots) and then plant
