Philodendron

SOS she is in bad shape

I found a stray at the side of the road and brought it home. I have ZERO experience with philodendrons. I broke open the pot and split the plant up into 7 pieces, cleaned and trimmed the roots, and have them hanging out in water. They seem to be responding okay and even a few new leaves! Now what should I do to give them the best chance??
Thanks so much for any advice/help 😊

You can go ahead and cut the broken stems, they won’t recover

Anything that has good roots can be potted, bipi is a strong plant that can endure much. And it’s not a philodendron

the new growth is a good sign and the roots look healthy. i’d cut the dying stems and pot the roots and hope for the best. i think they’ll bounce back
