What's this plant

What is this?

Got this plant from my mother, she said she doesn't remember where she got it from and she doesn't know what it is.

Had been in her apartment for at least 3-4years, it was half the size then and didn't seem to be growing anymore.

I took it to my apartment this spring and since then its just shot away, doubling in length with new sprouts shooting out here and there.

I'm in the south of Sweden, she might have picked it up outdoors but my mom's always got her head in the clouds so it's pretty normal for her not to remember where she got things from, myself being one example of this.

Anyway, had to rig it up to keep it from collapsing. What is it? How big will it get? Is it evil?

I’m pretty sure it is Dracaena, which is often sold in the indoor plant trade as “lyckobambu” in Sweden (lyckobambu = luck-bamboo). It is, however, not a true bamboo.

Not true bamboo but it is sold as Lucky Bamboo. Dracaena is correct and usually Dracaena sanderiana.
