I was informed that letting them hang down like that will eventually kill it. I would get some zip ties and try to tie them up right. I would also get a grow lamp. That baby looks like it needs some light. Also, the pot is pretty small, you may want to check to see if it needs to be repotted. It could be that there is no more room for the plant to grow because it ran out of root space.
I will add I have only had 1 monstera. I am not an expert but that’s my advice from what I see. If someone else has anything better I would listen to them 😂

Agree with giving it support; trellis or moss pole. It’s really leggy, which I think means it isn’t getting enough light. If you want it fuller, prune back the longer leaves, propagate the nodes from them, and plant them back in the same pot when they’re ready.
