What differences do you notice? It looks like a normal jade plant to me. When they are small they don’t have those brown trunk-like stems, if that’s what you’re thinking.

Crassula is the genus so either way that’s correct

I think I know what you mean, it looks like a mix of a regular jade crassula with the hobbit crassula. The hobbit crassula is a mutation so it looks like it reverted in some places. Gorgeous plant! My jade is one of my favs!
