It is plumeria alba. Or mayflower tree. It is super cute, in may it should bloom!

Pretty plant . I wish folks would post where they are located ? I see so many plants Iโd love to grow & have no clue where on earth they are . ๐

I took one look at that and said ‘Frangipani!’ then I read the comments and had to look up the scientific name of frangipani – we’re both right.
I would ask how anyone could know it has white flowers (*alba*) when we have several trees of it with flowers ranging from white, through cream, yellow and pink to a deep, passionate burgundy red. All of which have different nomenclature.
