The ISA is now 100 years old. How many credential holders are there?

The Centennial celebration conference was fun as always. And a little over 50k ISA certified arborists in 30 years of credentialing. Just an interesting takeaway as we head into the next 100 years.

Neat, I was just looking for these metrics the other day as I’ll be eligible to take the BCMA next year.

Also, is the post body wrong? The metrics say there are 38k ISA Certified Arborists.

I agree with the fun part, but I noticed the apparent decline in the number of sessions and vendors compared to the past – add the cost and it’s a steep price for networking with fewer people and fewer sessions from top practitioners. Folks with smaller chapters have to work harder for knowledge. Not sure the office move to Atlanta shook up much. I’d like to see much more happening for the youngs, personally.
