Unsure of ID but got this as a freebie with some other plants off of Etsy. Been watering when the soil gets dry and I keep it in a glass cabinet across from a window that only gets direct light in the morning. One of the leaves is crisping up and there are two spots where new growth had started but stopped?

You want to water it more. It is a syngonium and it looks thirsty. They require a lot of water. I actually grow mine in pots without drainage for this reason.
It needs water. And change the pot to a plastic one instead of an terracotta one so that it can retain more water.
