I wanted to plant something for privacy close to my backyard fence so did a byda and got this map from Sydney Water. I'm in number 135 (lot 107).
I'm guessing the solid line going through the backyard is a sewer line but not sure what the dotted line that runs front to back is. The legend seems to say easement line but not sure what this means?
I was hoping to plant something like a bunch of Callistemon slim or Syzgium straight and narrow quite close to the back fence. Would this be okay?
Another question about these two plants – Am I able to prune them to be even more slim towards the ground? My backyard isn't very big so I don't want them spreading too much inwards.
