It’s hard to say. What part of the plant did these leaves come from?

Growing medium? What fertilizer is being used?

You could have nutrient lockout or toxicity, but without any context, it’s hard to say.

Unsell ur using chemical fertilizer, very hard to do excess … worm castings are slow and won’t cause burns …

If ur not using chemical fertilizer then its defn deficiency or wrong PH which is causing the deficiency

Intervenal chlorosis on new growth is typically an iron deficiency.

edit: with an iron deficiency, you typically want to figure out what is causing the deficiency as opposed to treating with iron. For instance a compact substrate often will cause iron deficiency.
