Growth habit and leaf shape kind of looks like a spathiphyllum to me. I’m not aware of a cultivar with that much white, but there are definitely albo variegated spathiphyllums on the market.

Could that be a raphidophora puberula variegata? Because that should have been packed in the order but that doesn’t look like the example pics
