Red habanero. I love chopping them up in eggs. You can make hot sauce. If you like canning, add one or two of them to fruit jam (peach jam with 2 diced habaneros is amazing). Also, habanero ice cream, or habanero cookies. For dinner, you can make jerk chicken with them.
