One of my plants has been looking a bit under the weather and I noticed some tiny black dots on its leaves. On closer inspection it appears to have thrips. What should I do? Will they spread over all the other plants? Should I nuke everything with pesticides? Will they take long to get rid of? My babies! Help them?
