Is that what I think it is!?

I finally get to ask the question everyone asks, but there’s a twist. Last time my orchid bloomed, I never cut off the bloom stem, and it seems to be growing again! I really hope that it’s a baby orchid, but I would also be happy if it was just blooming again. Let me know what you think.
