my odora variegata had very beautiful cream variegation but has only given me green leaves since i brought her home. she’s since dropped one of her two variegated leaves and i’m so sad. is there any way to encourage variegation again in alocasias ?

Unfortunately not. Make sure it has adequate light and nutrition and there’s a decent chance it just randomly comes back but the good news is you clearly have some nicely variegated babies in there too
