I use “orchid moss” I get from Home Depot, it’s just sphagnum moss but it’s real loose and airy. I soak that in distilled water and sprinkle my seeds onto the surface of the moss. From then I just make sure it’s sitting in a tray or distilled/rain water and getting plenty of sunlight.
