Nematode? And moisture level?

Hello, hello ~

I started this closed moss terrarium maybe 2+ months ago. This little worm is the first critter I have noticed inside. I wanted to double check and see if this is indeed a nematode. And they are beneficial?

I also wanted to ask, is this too much condensation for the size of the terrarium? It’s roughly 8 inches tall and 4 inches wide.

I did not do all the typical layers with charcoal, etc. and instead used yard-sourced materials in an attempt to make it more “natural.” This is more of a trial and error terrarium than anything else. But I obviously want it to thrive. The majority of the moss is green, not there is some browning. There do not seem to be any major mold issues, either.

It’s pretty hot here in the southern U.S. during the summer, so the air conditioning stays on and one side of the terrarium always has condensation. And then there is usually condensation in the bottom. I tried to show both angles in the photos. Is this too much moisture and should I let some evaporate?

Thanks ~
