Have you tried to grow Malabar spinach? It’s a tropical annual vining plant that grows leaves that a similar nutrient wise to actual spinach. Does well in our summers
Ate them, the shoot just come out tender put them in stew
I love sweet potato leaves. My aunt used to lightly boil it, then served with chopped onions and tomatoes drizzled either a little bit of anchovy sauce and lemon juice. Great side dish !
Most Filipinos uses them for stews. Great dish!
