One large leaf has turned yellow.

Do I need to be concerned over my plant?

If this is near the bottom and it otherwise seems healthy it should be fine. Sometimes they kill off leaves and absorb the nutrients from it. Since it still seems healthy besides being entirely yellow, no browning or distinct coloration other than it being the solid yellow I think it’s just killing the leaf off itself. Let it continue and eventually you’ll just be able to tear the leaf off.

However, from the slightly browned and curled tips of the other leaf that’s visible, I’d say increasing the humidity a little could help the overall health of the plant. If it’s just the one leaf especially I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Stuff happens and nature can often be imperfect but that’s what makes it beautiful, the short fleeting moments you’ll cherish for a lifetime.
