Any ideas with what is going on with this Camellia?

I'm thinking it's either a Camellia Sasanqua or Oleifera so not sure if anyone can tell witch variety?

I've attached some photos of the some leaves.

All except one have green leaves with these marks on them. Their growth seem quite stunted.

Out of 9 of them only one has gone yellow so I don't think it's just iron defenciency.

Soil pH is around 7 and they get the afternoon sun.

Any ideas as to what could be the case of these issues in the photos? One of them is yellow.with red veins?
