I have leaning retaining walls. Is this something I can take care of myself? I think I need to tamp the foundation down, get some gravel down, and add drainage somehow. Is this worth trying to deal with? The pros around me seem to only be willing to fully replace.

It’s not rocket science just ALOT of labor. If you got the time I’d say do it yourself. You will have to remove all the pavers to get to the base and level that. A lot of descriptive videos on YouTube can help you.
