I just bought this house and I’d like to clean up this transition between the patio and grass which is mostly weeds or dirt/mud. Also patio is sinking at the ends so the grass is higher. This is a high traffic area so it promotes tracking this dirt into the house. What are some ideas to clean this transition? I’ve seen gravel borders but being its high traffic, these rocks would be a nightmare to keep where they belong.
Bonus question: I’m going to power wash it, but the patio has a “sandy” feel to it. What can I do?
