I accidentally left this poor little cutting on the counter yesterday bc I saw the little black dots (second pic) and wanted to separate it in case it was an infection. My adhd kicked in and I just found it this morning all dried up 🙁
Any hope for it? It was a fully hydroponic cutting and now the roots are obviously dried out. If I prune off the roots and stick it back in water is there hope? Also any idea what the tiny black dots are? Thanks in advance!💚

Those roots will be fried (I’d cut them off) but it might perk back up if you put back in water. The black spots could be pest damage? You could rinse the cuttings off thoroughly to wash off any pests to make sure.
