Carnivorous Plants

is this any effective?

just put little bags over my nepenthes to just boost the humidity. there seems to be condensation building up but I'm also wondering if this would block any light. how effective would this be if it was to work?

Bag acclimation is suggested by some growers. It allows the plant to focus on light and temperature first reducing shock. The bag is slowly opened (some people cut or poke holes) to slowly reduce the humidity to room humidity over a month or two.

Absolutely do not put the bag in sunlight, that’s an oven that will cook the plant.
